_____ Double Booth (Includes two tables, two chairs, electricity) $230.00

_____Triple Booth (Includes three tables, two chairs, electricity) $350.00

_____ An additional fee of $65.00 will be charged for 210 volt electrical outlets.

This application must be accompanied with a $65.00 deposit made payable to the Logan County Chamber of Commerce. Your application form must be returned to the Logan County Chamber of Commerce office. If this is your first year to participate in the festival you must submit a photograph that depicts your particular type of art or craft.

The approximate size of a single booth is 8' by 10', and a double is 8' x 20'. Please be certain to specify whether you want a single or double booth.
