Annual Talent Show

Amateur performers are invited to participate in the Annual Talent Show to be held during the 33^rd Annual Logan County Arts, Crafts and Antiques Festival.

 The Talent Show will be held on Friday, August 12, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. on the stage of the Logan Memorial Fieldhouse.  Contestants will be able to perform to cassettes, compact disks, or acoustic musical instruments.  There will be no provisions for electrical amplified instruments.  Mike Collins and Dave Allen of WVOW Radio will serve as the Masters of Ceremony for the evening.

 First, second, and third place trophies will be awarded in the following categories:

Individual-12 and younger; Individual-13 -17; Individual- 18 and older; and Group.  There is no age limit.  The entry fee is $10.00 per performance.  Applications may be obtained at the Logan County Chamber of Commerce, 214 Stratton Street, Logan.  Applications are now available and the deadline to enter is Thursday, August 12, 2004.  For more information please call the Chamber office at (304) 752-1324, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 Each contestant is REQUIRED to perform at rehearsal/practice on Thursday, August 12, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the Logan Memorial Fieldhouse.
